Bacon Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients:
24 cherry tomatoes
1 pound of bacon
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup finely chopped, green onions

Method :
Remove stems from tomatoes. Place tomatoes stem side on cutting board and cut a thin slice around the top. With a small spoon or melon baller, scoop out the inside. Place upside on paper towel for 30 minutes to drain. Dice and fry bacon. Drain and cool on paper towels. In a bowl mix mayonnaise, bacon and green onions. Fill tomatoes with mixture.
Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
