IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT CUSTARD PIE (makes it's own crust!)

Ingredients
1/2 cup Bisquick
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 cup milk
1 can (3 1/2 oz.) coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 TBS. butter, softened

Directions
Combine all ingredients and pour into 9 inch buttered pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes until custard sets. Like magic it layers into crust, custard, coconut topping. Cool.

Double Beef Chili


Ingredients
1 lb. chicken sausage
2 lb. 90% lean beef
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can dark red kidney beans
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans tomato sauce (third can optional, if you like it more soupy)
1 can water
1 cup red wine
2 carrots, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, diced
2 tbsp Italian spice
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp cayenne pepper flakes (optional)

Directions
Brown sausage and beef, then add to a large pot.
Sauté onion and add to pot.
Add canned tomatoes and beans to pot.
Add carrots and celery to pot.
Add wine, water, and spices to the pot
Heat and let simmer for at least two hours.
Eat up!
Tip(s)
When choosing your tomatoes and beans, check the label for added sugar or corn syrup.
Get creative! Add more veggies, curry spice, or anything else you might like.
Leftovers taste even better the day after!
