1 1/2 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1 small Roma tomato, diced
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 tbsp slivered almonds
Fresh basil leaves
Directions
Add spinach to a large salad bowl.
Chop broccoli, tomatoes, and hard-boiled eggs and add to salad bowl.
Sprinkle with slivered almonds and fresh basil leaves.
Top with your favorite dressing or try half a squeezed lemon and olive oil.
