Curried Chicken Kabobs


Ingredients
2-4, 6-oz chicken breasts, sliced
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp each of: garlic powder, ginger, onion, coriander, paprika, chili powder, curry powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
Start grill.
Skewer chicken slices, spray with cooking spray; cover liberally with all spices.
Place skewers on grill and cook about 10 minutes each side, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Serve with Greek yogurt and cucumber slices.
